All my life I was teased for being fat and chubby. The word 'Moti' had been my pet name for years. It was in the year 2015 I started my fitness journey. I was so hell bent on getting fit and to look my best that I started working out. For almost 6 years of my life I was just training my self pushing myself to the extreme but, with one thing missing that was Correct Nutrition. From fasting/starving for days to only liquid diet, only fruit diet etc etc etc. I have tried almost everything to bring my weight down. I used to feel fatigued, tired, giddy, less and less energy all the time. My immune system was a joke. Small exposure to anything foreign and I used to be sick for days. For years I continued the same pattern and it made me look skinny-fat. Which is not attractive at all. You look sick all the time. People used to ask me all the time 'Are you fine? You look sick?' Think living like that ..... Its downright frustrating and irritating.
The Turning Point In 2020 the Pandemic of modern days hit the world. We were all trapped in our houses for almost a year. For a fitness freak like me it was a disaster. I kept working out at home with all bodyweight exercises but for me they were not enough. It was then I decided to join fitness school and learn the actually science behind exercises and correct nutrition. With motivation from my gym trainer and family members I finally joined K11 School of Fitness Science. The turning point of my life. Learning all the concepts and the science behind them made me realized how wrong I had been all my life about training and nutrition. Finally, I am on correct nutrition for almost a year now and I can actually feel the difference. I am lean and toned, I feel energetic and confident in my own skin.
